What is the Full Form of NTA?
The full form of NTA is the National Testing Agency. The agency conducts national-level entrance exams to grant admission to higher educational institutions. The NTA was established in 2017 with the mission to assess candidate’s competency in a reliable and transparent manner. They are also responsible for addressing all the admissions and recruitment issues by implementing the best resources in every field, from test preparation to test delivery and marking system.
NTA Full Form
The NTA is an independent and autonomous premier testing organization established by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India (GoI) to conduct national-level entrance examinations such as UGC NET, JEE, CUET, CMAT, etc. Candidates are granted admissions /fellowships in various higher educational Universities/Institutions through this entrance exam.
The role of NTA is to publish notifications, exam dates, and exam center allocation and ensure the smooth conduct of the entrance exam. The main objective of the NTA is to bring equality and quality in education by conducting reliable, fair, and transparent competitive examinations.
