Training Duration of ITI
In India, ITI courses are divided into different trades or domains. Individual candidates can select courses depending on their own choice. For this purpose, the training duration may vary from 6 months to 2 years depending on the course syllabus. Both Practical and theoretical classes are involved in the course. If a candidate can understand all the concept & crack the exam within the proper duration is good, but if a candidate can not understand the concepts within the stipulated time then the duration of the course exceed.
ITI Full Form
ITI full form: Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) play a crucial role in nurturing skilled professionals across various trades and industries. ITI (Industrial Training Institute) was established with the objective of providing special technical knowledge to train the students for industry or generate employment. It provides training on various trades and candidates or students can opt for a course depending on his/her rank or choice. Candidates are required to undergo practical training in the mentioned trade for 1-2 years and then jump into the practical work. It is mandatory to do the practical training to appear for the NVCT (National Council of Vocational Training) certificate.
