1st year
My college started in November 2021, and the whole environment was very new to me. It was like another world filled with unfamiliar faces and language. I’m from to pursue, which is a tier 3 college so yes we didn’t have any grand fresher’s party or anything fancy like they portray in the movies. We were told to wear kurtas, sit in the classroom throughout the day, and maintain an attendance percentage of more than 75%. Doesn’t sound so happening, right? It wasn’t. Among all these difficulties, I had a tough time making good friends, which made me feel even more lonely and left out during my first year in college.
