 Entry-level Project Management Roles

  • Project Sponsor : Project sponsor is the who mainly takes the responsibility of project budget. They do communicate with all the other key holders in project before finalizing the budget with stakeholders or clients. They closely work on deciding the budget factor for project.
  • Project Manager : A project manager takes the responsibility to plan and decide the project responsibility, deciding team structure and other team activities carried out related to development. They also participate in project discussion related to budget and other activities.

Senior Project Manager

  • Senior Project Manager: A Senior Project Manager provides strategic direction and leadership to project managers while overseeing multiple projects or significant initiatives. They ensure that project portfolios align with organizational goals and effectively manage resources across projects.

Director of project management

  • Project Director : Project Director is superior to project managers. They closely work with stakeholders to communicate all the project related information such as performance management, project management, risk management, budget management and so on. They do also have relationship with external project stakeholders related to project. .
