How to Create a New Gmail Account

Start by going to the Google Account sign-in page. Once there, click on the “Create account” button.  You will then be prompted to enter your name.  Make sure to enter your full name as it appears on your legal documents. Next, you will need to choose a username. This will be the name that you use to sign in to your Google account. It can be anything you like, as long as it is not already taken by someone else.  Once you have chosen a username, enter and confirm your password.  Make sure to choose a strong password that is difficult for others to guess.
