- Keep accurate and private staff databases, files, and records up to date.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, requests, and updates.
- Create and disseminate HR-related paperwork, including reports, policies, and employment contracts.
- Help with employee queries, complaints, disciplinary measures, and planning activities or events for the workforce.
- Ensure that labor rules and regulations—including data protection and privacy—are followed.
