B.Ed is a professional degree required compulsorily to teach in government and private schools in India. B Ed or Bachelor of Education can be pursued only by the graduates. The B Ed course duration is two years. Upon completing the B Ed course successfully, students are eligible to apply for teaching jobs at the school level.
