Accenture Interview Experience For ASE

In September 2023, our placement coordinator informed us that every student should have a PAN card to apply for Accenture.

So, if you want to apply for Accenture, ensure you have a PAN card. Without a PAN card, you are not eligible to apply to Accenture.

In October 2023, they shared the link for registering for the ASE role in Accenture. After getting registered, I got a rejection message in WhatsApp and a rejection email in Gmail within 10 minutes.

After 1 week, i.e., November 2023, I again got a message and mail that I was shortlisted for the 1st round of assessment. As it was an on-campus drive, we needed to attend the exam in College Labs.

The first round of exams consists of two sections.

• Section 1 comprises reasoning, aptitude, English, and computer basics like Word, Excel, networking, etc.
• Section 2 consists of two coding questions: one is easy and the other is medium.

After 2 days, I got the mail that I had cleared the round 1 exam. Now it’s time for round 2, which is communication assessment.

Most people said that this round is not an elimination round, but we need to perform for the final score of the hiring process.

One problem in this round is that we must listen to the audio carefully because the accent is new to us. It is not an Indian accent.

After 2 days, I received an email to schedule the time slot for the interview.

I booked the time slot of 10:40 to 11:00 a.m. I am waiting in the queue. My interview started at 11:00 a.m. The interview was excellent; all the questions they asked were basic and normal. They haven’t asked the technical questions very much.

The below questions were asked of me:

1. Self-Introduction
2. Tell me about your college and where it is located.
3. Explain your projects.
4. What is the unique thing about your projects?
5. What motivates you to do this project?
6. Is it a team project or an individual project? If so, what is your role in the project?
7. How did you divide the work among teammates?
8. What is the most favourite subject in BTech?
9. What is your least favourite subject in Btech? How did you manage that subject?
10. What do you know about Accenture?
11. Have you participated in any hackathons?
12. Any further ideas for new projects?
13. Do you have any questions for me?

After 3 weeks, i.e., in December 2023, they sent the congratulations emails to the selected candidates. The next day, they sent the rejection mail to the rejected candidates. I haven’t received any mail. I felt bad because it was not new for me to get rejection mail.

After 2 months, i.e., in February 2024, I received congratulations mail from Accenture.

Then I accepted the letter of intent, uploaded my Btech marksheets for the 6th semester, and received the offer letter. Now I am waiting for the onboarding.
