Moschip Embedded Interview Experience for System Engineer Fresher 2024

Round 1:The first round was a screening test, where they reviewed our resumes and shortlisted only those eligible students for the next round. It was a pool campus placement (where students from different colleges can apply).

Later, it was stated that nearly 3,000 students had applied, and only 350 students were shortlisted from the screening test.

Round 2 : This was a 90-minute offline test consisting of questions on C programming, microcontrollers and microprocessors, digital electronics, and aptitude.

They were assessing our strength in the fundamentals, so the questions were at a very basic and fundamental level. Out of 350 students, only 42 were shortlisted for the next rounds.

Round 3: This round was a technical interview, where they evaluated our knowledge in C, MPMC, aptitude, digital electronics, and communication skills (as communication is important for a service-based and product-based company).

Those who could not clear this round were sent home, and those who qualified were waiting for the HR round. I was one of them.

Only 22 were shortlisted for the HR round.

Round 4: This round was the HR interview, where the interviewer assessed our willingness to join the company. He asked me, “Why do you want to join Moschip?” I can say that this round was tougher than the technical interview.

Only those students who were confident and honest managed to crack this round. I was one of them.

The next round was certificate verification, where they rechecked whether the information provided by the candidates was accurate like their Marksheet, Aadhar card, Pan Card etc,.. .

In the end, only 16 students were selected by Moschip, and by God’s grace, I was one of them.
