Yardi Software Hiring process Experience

The entire recruitment process complete only 6-7 days. First rounds was conducted online, and last two round conducted in office.

Round I: Aptitude Test

The first round was online aptitude test, there are two sections, each section with 20 multiple choice questions (MCQs) and time given is 30 minutes.

Round II (Pre-HR interview )

They ask some HR questions to check communication.

  • Tell me about yourself
  • your family background.
  • What is your biggest achievement?
  • What do you know about our company?
  • What are your strengths and weaknesses?
  • Are you willing to relocate or travel?
  • Where do you see yourself in five years?
  • Your college life ?

Round III ( Offline Technical Interview) :

In this round they ask some resume based questions and more questions on DBMS.

  • How your experiences with other object-oriented programming languages and technologies in real project?
  • discussion on project.
  • What is a Database Management System (DBMS)?
  • What are the types of DBMS?
  • What is a Relational Database?
  • What are the ACID properties?
  • What is a Join in SQL?
  • What is the GROUP BY & HAVING clause?
  • And some SQL query.

Final selection based on your Technical interview performance.
