Yardi Software Hiring process Experience
The entire recruitment process complete only 6-7 days. First rounds was conducted online, and last two round conducted in office.
Round I: Aptitude Test
The first round was online aptitude test, there are two sections, each section with 20 multiple choice questions (MCQs) and time given is 30 minutes.
Round II (Pre-HR interview )
They ask some HR questions to check communication.
- Tell me about yourself
- your family background.
- What is your biggest achievement?
- What do you know about our company?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Are you willing to relocate or travel?
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
- Your college life ?
Round III ( Offline Technical Interview) :
In this round they ask some resume based questions and more questions on DBMS.
- How your experiences with other object-oriented programming languages and technologies in real project?
- discussion on project.
- What is a Database Management System (DBMS)?
- What are the types of DBMS?
- What is a Relational Database?
- What are the ACID properties?
- What is a Join in SQL?
- What is the GROUP BY & HAVING clause?
- And some SQL query.
Final selection based on your Technical interview performance.
