What if I need help finding the Downloads folder?

The Downloads folder can be easily located on your PC. On the left side of the File Explorer, you’ll find “Downloads.” By pressing Windows+E simultaneously, you can access the file manager.

Follow these simple steps to find the Downloads folder on your PC-

Method 1

Step 1- Open File Explorer:

Launch the File Explorer application on your computer.

Step 2- Click “This PC”:

In the sidebar of File Explorer, search and click on the “This PC” option to start your computer’s drives and folders.

Step 3- Go to “Downloads”:

In the sidebar of File Explorer, you can find a list of commonly used folders. Locate and select “Downloads” to open the Downloads folder, or double-click on the “Downloads” folder in the main File Explorer window area to open it.

Method 2-

Step 1- Open File Explorer

Click on the File Explorer icon on the taskbar, typically represented by a folder icon.

Step 2- Open Quick Access

Inside File Explorer, look for the “Quick Access” section on the left panel. Click on it to expand the options.

Step 3- Choose Downloads

Within Quick Access, locate and click on the “Downloads” folder. It will open the Downloads folder, displaying your downloaded files and documents.
