The full form of UPI is the Unified Payments Interface. It can be accessed through various UPI-enabled apps, such as BHIM (Bharat Interface for Money), Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and many others. UPI is based on Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) and uses the existing infrastructure of banks.
