What are the Parts of Human Larynx?
The larynx is functionally divided into three parts as visible in larynx diagram. They are:

- Glottis: This is the middle region and the narrowest part of the larynx. It contains the vocal cords which are responsible for producing sound.
- Subglottis: This is the lower region of the larynx and connects it to the trachea (windpipe).
