Choosing the Right Path

My father and I explored various options for JEE preparation. Since there were no suitable coaching centers in my hometown, we decided that I should go to Pune. Eventually, I joined Vidya Sarita Academy, where both coaching and college were well-managed....

11th Grade:

The 11th grade was fully online. I gained an advantage by starting my preparation a little earlier than others. All the tests went well, and I adapted to the online classes....

Transition to 12th Grade:

As I entered the 12th grade, I moved to a hostel near the coaching center. There, I took my preparation seriously. I set daily goals and executed my plans diligently. My strong grasp of physics worked to my advantage, compensating for my weaker areas in chemistry and math....

First Attempt:

On the day of the exam, I entered the crowded exam hall. I swiftly tackled the physics section in approximately 45 minutes. Chemistry followed and then came the challenging math section. I solved only 4-5 questions initially. I alternated between chemistry and math, revisiting questions until the last minute. After rechecking all my answers, I left the exam hall. I scored around 180 marks in the first attempt, securing a 98.7%ile. With this confidence, I knew I would get a good NIT with a CSE branch....

Boards and the Second Attempt

After focusing on boards for a month, I revised topics and attempted the JEE again. This time, I achieved a 97%ile, resulting in an approximate rank of 11.5k. Following JOSAA counseling, I secured admission to NIT Bhopal for CSE....

Conclusion

My journey was full of dedication, hardwork and determination. Looking back, I can confidently say that all the hard work was worth it!...
