Configure the Database
Create a new database and user for WordPress:
sudo mysql -u root -p
Enter your MariaDB root password when prompted. Then, create a new database and user:
CREATE DATABASE wordpress;
CREATE USER 'wordpress'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'your_password';
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON wordpress.* TO 'wordpress'@'localhost';
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
EXIT;
