Second Round: HR Interview
Following the GD, I proceeded to the second round, which involved a one-on-one HR interview. This stage of the interview process provided an opportunity to delve deeper into my qualifications, experiences, and personal attributes. The HR interviewer asked probing questions to assess my suitability for the role and the organization, focusing on areas such as my career aspirations, past achievements, and ability to thrive in the company culture. Additionally, I took the opportunity to inquire about the company culture, growth opportunities, and expectations for the position, demonstrating my genuine interest in the organization.
