Round 2: Technical Interview (TR)

After a while in college, they informed us they had selected some students on campus. The college conducted this technical interview in Microsoft Teams. I started with a self-introduction for about five minutes and then got into my projects where I took about fifteen minutes each project that I had done in HTML or CSS or C++ or any other code. By using Notepad, they asked me to write the differences between structures and unions, including their syntax hence explaining this concept deeply. The employer also enquired about the difference between new and malloc and two coding problems were solved through the online compiler. One was a pattern program and the second was how to find the LCM of two given numbers. Finally, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts were also discussed.

Round 3: HR Interview

The results of the Technical round were declared following another waiting period. The HR interview was fixed for the next day at 11:00 am. This interview also began with a self-introduction. HR asked me about my CGPA and ECET rank, academic information and family background. We talked about an instance of difficulty that I have met in life and my expected salary. After a short pause, I was told that I was being considered for selection as a Software Developer....
