Round 4 (Managerial round+HR round)

This round was of 30 minutes approx. and we started by greeting ourselves, The Manager first explained the roles, responsibilities and expectations of the position and then asked me about my current project experience. I was then asked what impact I could to the project and asked to share my thoughts on a few real-life problems like what if the current framework is not able to automate certain test cases, whether will I automate it using a different framework or keep it manual etc. Then just some basic discussions on tools that I have used so far.

Post that HR just discussed the policies employee expectations and salary negotiation.
