Round 3 (HR Round)
I was told to proceed to the HR round where I was asked some basic questions to check my fit for the job. The HR was polite and said to me about the work I would perform. I was asked about the motivation to join the company, and the goals that I have once I join the company. These questions were a great way for me to understand the ethics that guide MountBlue.
Based on my experience I would say that I had no problem during the coding round or the interview process. The team was very patient and responded to my queries over the mail itself. I was provided with feedback at every stage in the whole process which helped me gain insights. The best part was the self-paced assessment provided from their end to ensure that applicants were aware of what to expect in the interview.
The co-operation of the team at every stage helped me stay comfortable and avoid any stress that could negatively impact my performance. The platforms like Hacckerrank and the IDE provided were great where every necessary detail regarding the coding question was available like the sample inputs, the constraints, the input value, and the expected time complexity of the question.
In the end, I would say that I had a great interview experience. From the technical round to the HR round, everything went well and the team ensured an all-over analysis of the applicant in terms of problem-solving, ideals aligning with companies rules and interests of the candidate. The interview was great for the Software Development Engineer position.
MountBlue Interview Experience
I applied for MountBlue for a Software role through certain forms that floated on social media sites. I applied for MountBlue because I was a beginner in programming and MountBlue provided me with self-paced assessments so that I could prepare well for the interview.
