Gisele has a great real estate portfolio throughout her career as a supermodel. Her earliest properties was in Brentwood, California. It was purchased by both her and her ex-husband Tom. They both build their eco-conscious mansion.
Another estate was their Boston suburb of Brookline. They purchased a five-acre plot for $4.5 million and created an 112sq feet mansion. This mansion had varitiy of amenities including yoga studio, wine room, playroom, gym, and a separate 2,400-square-foot guest house. However they sold this property in 2020 for $32.5 million.
The couple also bought prestigious condo living, a Peter Marino-designed unit in Manhattan’s Flatiron neighbourhood for $11.7 million. Later they sold this one too. Additionally they got a home in Montana, a Yellowstone club, mainly a resort community.
Later in NYC, they owned an apartment called Tribeca. It was a $25.5 million 5-bedroom unit with a view of the Hudson River. Although they sold this apartment for just under $40 million, they purchased a smaller unit on the same floor for $3.5 million in December 2020.
During the divorce proceeding, Gisele continued her real estate activities while tom retained ownership of of their property in Miami. She then brought an art decor style cottage for $1.25 million and other 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom home directly across the water from the Indian Creek property for $11.5 million.
