What were your key responsibilities?

After my interview completion, I got that job. And the first day of the company we got an INDUCTION MEET from the company owner later. After the end of the first week, they started to train a little bit of Java. At the end of every week, we have to do some small projects on Java. After 2 months they showcased us their old projects. Then they told us to learn on our own by seeing UDEMY classes about some advanced concepts about Java....

What did you learn and what scopes did you get?

I’ve learned some things about how a company works. And how to behave in company. Most importantly being a team member, we have some certain goals to complete at the end of the 3 -4 months. I’ve got little exposure to work under the guidance of my superiors....

Pros and Cons that you feel in your company.

The work culture is good in the company. And superiors are ready to clarify doubts and good office timings. Friendly team members. Sometimes agree with superiors like we have to make their wish as our wish and corporate politics....
