JPMC Code for Good 2025 Recruitment Procedure

JPMorgan Chase and Co. follow a slightly different procedure to recruit the best candidates from various colleges all over India. The JPMC Hiring process was a pool campus opportunity, which knocked our emails in the last week of March 2024.

Round 1- Resume Shortlisting Round:

The first round was the Resume Shortlisting Round, where everyone who had applied was told to upload their resumes on the Career Portal

Observation: People who mostly got CGPA > 8.5 with a decent-looking resume were selected for the next round, which was an Online Assessment Round.

Round 2- OA Round:

It was conducted on the HackerRank platform in the first week of April and consisted of two coding questions. Most of the students I knew, got questions on topics like Arrays and Strings, while a few got questions on Dynamic Programming and Graphs. The questions were easy to medium level mostly. The time allotted was 1 hour for solving both the problems

Round 3- HireVue Interview:

The results of the OA Round were declared in the second last week of April, and shortlisted candidates were called on for an Online HireVue Interview round. This round consisted of two behavioral questions, which were displayed on the user’s screen, and candidates had to record video responses(maximum 2 minutes for each question) and upload it on the portal. Each question was allotted 30 seconds to think about the content, and the next two minutes to answer. Each question had the option of attempting twice at max, and the final recording would be considered for evaluation.

I got the following questions:
1. Tell us about a time when you changed your communication approach to better convey a message to a customer or teammate. Describe the situation, the steps you took, and the outcome.
2. Tell us what has been your best work successful presentation/project recently. Why do you consider this achievement important?

This round went good. Awaiting results, where the successful candidates will progress to the “Code for Good Hackathon 2025” to be conducted in the month of June/July.
