JEE Advanced Marking Scheme for Ranking

The JEE Advanced consists of two papers; Paper I and Paper II. Both papers consist of a total of 54 questions, divided into three sections of 18 questions each- Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. Each paper has a weightage of 180 marks.

In 2023, the JEE Advanced aggregate marks for Paper I and Paper were as follows:

  • Maximum Aggregate Marks: 360 (180 marks in each).
  • Maximum Physics Marks: 120 (60 in each).
  • Maximum Chemistry Marks:120 (60 in each).
  • Maximum Mathematics Marks: 120 (60 for each).

JEE Advanced Marks vs Rank 2024: Check Qualifying Marks & Previous Year Ranks

JEE Advanced Marks vs Ranks will allow candidates to check their overall marks in proportion to their ranks. JEE Advanced ranks are calculated based on the candidates in the exam. JEE Advanced 2024 will be conducted on 26th May all over the country. According to the JEE Advanced 2022, the top 500 candidates scored between 314 to 192 out of 360. Candidates appearing for the JEE Advanced will be able to check their marks and ranks once the results are out.
