HR Interview :-

After TR on Sunday morning (14 Feb) I got an email for an HR interview. It will be a bit easier than TR because you will be confident after clearing the TR.

My HR interview took place on February 15th at noon.

It began with a standard self-introduction, followed by questions about a past challenge, the qualities of a successful engineer, and an area for self-improvement. They then delved into my internship essay, requesting both the topic and a summary. My motivations for joining Rash Tech Info and my flexibility (relocation, shifts, bonds) were also assessed. Finally, they ensured I met eligibility criteria and offered the opportunity to share anything else relevant. Just one week later, Rash Tech Info confirmed my selection!
