How To Create A Multiple Choice Grid In Google Forms

Step 1: Open Google Forms

Go to Google Chrome search for Google Forms and open the first link.

Step 2: Select Go to Forms

Step 3: Open a New Blank Form

Click on Blank under Start a new form.
