Step 1: Open Google on your default web browser and search for Google workspace

Go to the Google Workspace website and click the “Free Trial” button.

Step 3: Enter Your Business Information

On this page, you must provide information about your business, such as your name, size, and region. After giving details, click next.

Step 4: Contact Information

After clicking next, you must fill in details about your name, last name, and current Email address because you will be the Google Workspace account admin. Then click next

Step 5: Choose your current domain (or make one with Google)

You must have a domain to set up email and a Google Workspace account for your business. You have two options: you can use your domain if you already have one, or you can purchase one from Google.

Step 6: Verify your domain name

Enter your existing domain or purchase a new domain name according to your budget or plan. It takes a few seconds to verify your domain. Then click next

Step 7: Setup User Account

After verifying the domain name, use your domain to set up the account, then click next.

Step 8: Choose your username and password

Now, use your name to sign in to your Google Workspace account and create your Business email address. Click on “Agree and continue”.
