  • School heads have the ability to make a bulk order for the migration certificates that candidates who pass the exam and wish to apply for admission to other colleges or universities need.
  • A migration certificate can be purchased for approximately Rs. 150. It may vary on different school boards. The Council should receive the full payment for the migration certificates that each school requires online. The migration certificates will be sent to the school heads by registered mail from the council’s Kolkata headquarters after payment has been received.
  • The head of the school shall have immediate control over the safekeeping of the migration certificates.
  • When completing the issuance of a migration certificate, school heads are required to adopt safety measures. Only candidates who have been awarded a pass certificate are eligible to receive migration certificates. The numbers on the migration certificates that are given to applicants are kept in a register. The head of the school countersigns the migration certificate with the candidate’s UID number, the candidate’s name, and the name of the school.
  • The migration certificates that are on file can be used for later exams.
  • In order to prevent candidates from suffering because of a delay in the processing of migration certificates, all heads are cordially asked to collaborate with the Council.
