Scholarship Types Aim Criteria Scholarship for Handicapped Students in Maharashtra Providing financial help to handicapped students pursuing technical education. To be eligible, candidates must belong to the Economically Backward Class (EBC). Applicants must be Maharashtra residents. Applicants from the Karnataka border can also apply. The applicant’s bank account must be linked to his or her AADHAAR card. It is required that applicants have not applied for any other scholarships for the current year. Candidates must have enrolled in the Common Admission Process (CAP).
