The Chief Minister of Sikkim is an important face in the governance and political landscape. Kazi Lhendup Dorjee was the first CM of Sikkim. He served as the CM of Sikkim from May 16, 1974, to August 17, 1979. During his tenure, he did some commendable jobs for the development and Infrastructure of Sikkim state.
