Causes of Bacterial Disease
There are various sources by which bacteria enter the human body. Bacterial diseases are infectious diseases. They can be transmitted from one person to another by air, food, water, or direct contact. Some sources of disease caused by bacteria are:-
- Sharing food and water.
- Contaminated needles or infected surgical equipment.
- Infectious feces.
- Bitten by an infected insect
- Use of drugs
- By the eyes, ears, or urethra.
- Infected body fluids.

Common Diseases Caused By Bacteria
We found many diseases which are caused by bacteria. Some common bacterial infections in humans are pneumonia, tuberculosis, tetanus, typhoid, etc. The bacteria responsible for various diseases in humans are called pathogenic bacteria. Not all bacteria cause diseases; some are helpful. They are part of our everyday life. When pathogenic bacteria enter the body, they make us ill. It can damage the body cells by releasing toxins or can initiate an immune response to damaged cells.
