About Interview

My journey with the Abhivyakti Club began when I decided to apply for recruitment. The prospect of honing my interview skills and unlocking new avenues for personal growth excited me. Following a rigorous selection process, I found myself amidst the interview panel, comprising three esteemed board members. The first phase of the interview involved a group discussion on the pressing topic of global warming. Engaging in meaningful discourse with my peers, I navigated through diverse perspectives, ultimately qualifying for the subsequent interview round. This initial experience set the tone for what would be an enlightening journey ahead.

During the interview, Aman sir, with his affable demeanour, delved into a series of general and grammatical inquiries aimed at gauging my confidence and communication abilities. From introducing myself to articulating my aspirations and hobbies, every question served as a stepping stone towards self-assessment and improvement. Aman sir’s emphasis on confidence-building resonated deeply with me, underscoring the club’s commitment to nurturing holistic development among its members. Moreover, the interview process also incorporated reasoning questions, challenging me to think critically and articulate my thoughts coherently. Two days post-interview, as the results were announced, a wave of excitement swept over me as I received the news of my selection. Hello Everyone, I am currently pursuing my B. Tech. from Rustam ji Institute of Technology in Computer Science of Engineering. This college is situated in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. As an engineering student at RJIT, I’ve always been intrigued by the vibrant extracurricular landscape of our institute. Among the myriad clubs and organizations, the Abhivyakti Club stands out as a beacon of opportunity for personality development and interview preparation. Run by our esteemed third-year seniors, Aman sir and Anushka mam, alongside the guidance of our club faculty, and the Heads of Departments across all branches, Abhivyakti Club has garnered a reputation for its remarkable contributions to enhancing students’ communication skills and interview prowess.
