Two-Tails – Matatabi
Matatabi : A monster cat spirit composed entirely of blue spectral flames with two tails and sharp fangs and claws. It was captured and sealed as the Two-Tails beast, making it one of 9 Tailed Beasts.
Known Abilities :
- Produces ethereal blue fire
- Can perform a massive fiery explosion after transforming into a giant flaming cat
- Possesses a jinchuriki host to remain active

Notable Jinchuriki :
- Yugito Nii – A ninja from Hidden Cloud Village and a member of their assassination squad. Competent kunoichi who fully synced with Matatabi.
Yugito’s Abilities via Two-Tails :
- Generates blue spectral flames from body
- Can transform into a large flaming spectral cat
- Increased speed, claws, fangs in transformed states
Yugito was captured by the Akatsuki and Matatabi was extracted and sealed away. This resulted in Yugito’s death when the Tailed Beast was removed.
