- Good knowledge of 2D and 3D animation
- Eye for details

Salary Bracket of a Motion Designer:
- Intern – Around 2 LPA
- Fresher (0-1 YOE) – Between 2 LPA to 8 LPA
- Senior (2-9 YOE) – Between 4 LPA to 14 LPA
