Mahito is a humanoid cursed spirit who has a cursed technique of soul manipulation in the series. He is said to have born from the hatred that human beings hold towards each other. He has a sadistic personality and wants to see human beings tortured. He has no feelings for human beings and their life. So, he never misses an opportunity to play with their life. He uses soul manipulation technique to transfigure soul of human beings. He killed Nanami and Nobara in Shibuya and heavily injured Todo. Finally, he was exorcised and eaten by Kenjaku in Shibuya.
