Recruitment Process

KPMG conducts 3 rounds to select freshers in their organization.

  • Online assessment
  • Technical Round
  • HR Round

Academic Criteria

  • 60 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII.
  • No backlogs at the time of the interview.

Online Assessment

The Online assessment at KPMG generally consists of the following three sections:

  • Aptitude: This section contains 30 questions.
  • Logical and Verbal: This section also includes 30 questions. It assesses the candidate’s logical reasoning.
  • Coding Questions: Two questions of medium difficulty. If you’re good with data structures and algorithms, you’re all set for this part.

Group Discussion

A group discussion (GD) is a formal discussion where 8-10 participants share their views on a given topic. It is used to assess communication, teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, and subject knowledge.

Technical Round

In KPMG’s technical round, they might ask about programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python. They could delve into your knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design, and how you handle databases. Expect questions on web technologies and networking, with a focus on problem-solving related to the software development life cycle. They may also inquire about your understanding of industry-specific technologies and how you approach creating innovative solutions for clients. HR Round

They ask HR questions like:
