Step 1: At first, shut down the smartphone and use the Power button & the Volume down button simultaneously to open the Android recovery option. In the Android Recovery option, there no touch will be worked. So, use the Volume button to scroll up & down (the Power button is used to select the option). Now, select Factory Reset to initiate the operation.

 

Step 2: After implementing the function, all the internal data will be wiped out from the smartphone. It should be hoped that all the information stored in the Phone Memory has some backup either Online or Offline. As it will be removed from the device.

 

Step 3: After that, there is a need to step down to the Yes option using the Volume Down button. Now, select that using the Power button. Hence, the Factory Reset of the device will be started.

 

Step 4: By allowing this, the process will be initiated and the same will be displayed on the screen.

 

Step 5: At the end of the process, the same menu will return back to the screen. This means the process is completed. Now, select the Reboot System Now to restart the device.
