Preparation Strategies:

The preparation for the CUET UG computer science exam is not only useful for the exam but also useful to shape your future. The topics that were asked on my exam were SQL, File handling and exception handling, Database Concepts, Computer Networks, Stack, Queue, and Sorting.

Self-preparation is the key strategy I followed. I started learning from YouTube channels like CUET ADDA 247 and the main thing I studied was the NCERT of class 12th. NCERT is enough for the CUET UG computer science exam. I continued my preparation by reading NCERT and noting down the important points in my notes. Then solved the previous year’s questions and some MCQs. The main thing I did was Consistent. I have been on strong preparation for 6 hours per day. That seems to be very low as compared to JEE preparation but it is enough for this exam.
Read NCERT and if you can solve PYQs, You are done with your preparation. Don’t solve only PYQs. That would be insufficient to write the exam.

For those who are tensed about the exam:

See, there are a lot of exams and this is one of the exams that is easy. The Computer Science exam is easier than you think. Don’t be afraid to start your preparation. Read this Post and start your preparation.

Conclusion:

My preparation was like a roller coaster because of late realising and inconsistent for some days. Later then I began to understand the situation and followed the right path for my preparation. Life is a beautiful tapestry of moments, and the lessons you learn along the way will shape you into the person you are destined to become

“GFG also helped me in my preparations. I learnt the concepts of Stacks, Queues and some data structures from GFG. A very HUGE THANKS to GFG TEAM”
