Before the interview rounds start
A screening call will be made from the hiring manager to the candidate
Round-1 (Technical Interview Round-1)
Time Duration – 1 hr approx.
- Self Introduction
- Brief resume projects explanation
- Questions from OOP concepts
- MYSQL query writing scenario-based (screen share)
- Program on string manipulation (screen share)
- Few generic questions from projects done in the previous company
Suggestions – go through the resume and explain it briefly and the tech stack involved in it. Also, ask questions for the edge cases & think loud.
Tips – The panel comprises of two senior engineers and a hiring manager
Round-2 (Technical Interview Round-2)
Time Duration – 1.5 hr approx.
- Self Introduction
- Brief resume project explanation
- Pseudo code writing API development with SQL writing
Suggestions – Think loud, know the basic syntax, and try writing pseudo code.
Tips – The panel comprises of one senior staff engineer and a senior hiring manager
Round-3 (Managerial Round)
Time Duration – 0.5 hr approx.
- Discussion on role and responsibility
- Work culture
Suggestions – Don’t set over expectations and show the interest to learn new things
Tips – Only Hiring manager was on call
Round-4 (HR Round)
Time Duration – 15-20 minutes
- Salary and perks discussion
Suggestion – get some knowledge about the company and their pay scale for the role being offered.
Time Duration from start to offer release
Interviews: 3-4 weeks
Offer release: 3-4 weeks after HR round
Tip: hiring manager will be in touch through the process and will give feedback on the same day or next day.
