I was thinking of applying for the role of TGT – Computer Science. I sent my resume to almost each and every school near me.

I got a call from Amar Nath Vidya Ashram Senior Secondary School in the evening. They asked me are you interested in teaching?

Yes, my answer.

Come tomorrow at our school for Interview at 11:00 A. M.

So there were mainly 3 rounds of selection.

Write an application.

• You must be wondering on what topic?
• No topic was given, we were only asked to write an application.

The HR asked me questions like

1. Introduce Yourself.

2. Where do you live?

3. Any prior experience?

4. Are you a tenant?

5. What is Number System in Computer.

6. Convert Decimal to Hexadecimal.

Everything was going well.

Then she pronounced my nickname of my father.

Do you know him. I said he is my father.

Then she said your application is written in wrong format. And she advised me to write the application in proper manner. ( I realised humare papa ka to jalwa hai yaha)

I made the necessary corrections.

After wait for 1 hour the Principal sir arrived.

Now, it was my turn of going.

The first question of the principal sir was that

Is this your writing?

My answer was yes.

The second question was

Which school you have completed your education.

The third question was are you pursuing MCA?

There were no more questions.

The interview was ended.

He gave me suggestions to learn how to write an English application.

Was I selected?

No, because of my writing and error in my english writing skills. (Grammertical errors).
