Note: The communication test score will be added to the overall score, therefore it is considered to be a elimination round.

Round 3: HR INTERVIEW

In the interview, firstly I was asked to give introduction about myself. Introduction should cover your name, your college, your aggregation, and where you are from, about the projects you have done, and the introduction should neither be short, nor be long.

Then I was asked to explain about my project and whether it is a team project or an individual one. After that he asked me :

  • Which one is the best among team project and individual and why do you think so?
  • Tell me about one thing that you have failed to do and you wish wouldn’t have failed and what have you learnt from that?
  • Why do you want to join Accenture.
  • Tell me about your family background.

After answering these questions, he asked me that I have any questions. Then I asked about the working culture, salary, projects and hikes.

Always be confident and honest in answering the questions. Hope you enjoyed.
