Wissen Technology Interview Experience

Embarking on the Wissen Technology interview trail, I encountered an Online Test 1 that tested my grasp of OOP, SQL, and OS concepts through 10 multiple-choice questions, alongside medium to hard-level coding challenges involving arrays, strings, and SQL. Out of these, I successfully cracked two.

The journey continued with Online Technical Interview 1, which honed in on my problem-solving prowess. The session kicked off with a personal introduction, followed by a hands-on coding task in a shared online editor. The challenge? Merge two sorted arrays into one and sort the amalgamated array without resorting to built-in sorting functions. Although I gave it my all, the interviewer eventually allowed me to use any method to sort the array, which I did, subsequently explaining my approach.

Outcome and Insights

Despite a valiant effort, the role at Wissen Technology wasn’t in the cards for me, as indicated by an email stating a mismatch between my skill set and the job requirements. Nonetheless, I’m thankful for the chance to have participated in their interview process.

Advice for Prospective Candidates

For those eyeing a future with Wissen Technology, here are a few nuggets of wisdom:

• Java, SQL, and OS: Ensure you’re well-versed in these areas, as questions are likely to arise.
• Coding Challenges: Be ready to tackle coding problems head-on.
