Wipro NLTH Interview Experience 2022
I am a Final year student of B.Tech(IT) from a Tier-3 College. Wipro is one of the Bulk recruiters among the service based companies.In this article,I would like to share my experience of the recruitment process conducted by Wipro.
Wipro recruitment process mainly consists of 2 rounds:
- Online Test (Aptitude,Essay Writing,Coding)
- Business Discussion (Technical+HR)
Stage 1: Online Test (AMCAT) Date: 26th September,2021
Note: Not Allowed to navigate to another section until the time is up.

Stage 2: Business Discussion(TR+HR) Date: 8th October,2021
This is basically an Interview round which is to know about the technical skills of the candidate. But, The Interviewer asked me Behavioral Questions like:
- Tell me about your leader ship skills.
- Tell me what new things you learnt in the recent past (6 Months).
- What are the necessary qualities of a Leader.
- Describe an Incident where you have used creative thinking in recent times.
- What are the parameters you see when you want to join a company.
- Are you ready for relocation.
- Any questions.
Verdict: Selected.
