The Kaira X has the same design language as the Razer’s PS5 headset line, containing the console inspired black and white aesthetic with thickeer chunky and a comfortable set of padded cushions around each cup and across the headband of same plastic build as the more expensive Kaira model, feels solid in-hand.

The Audeze Maxwell has large circular cups to dwarf heads and cool gray steel and aluminium form factor looks slick. The all-plastic chassis has been replaced with a weighty but solid and premium feeling metal. Audio quality has 90mm planar drivers at the helm. On top of that excellent sound quality, it has an 80 hour battery life and plenty of onboard controls. The audio quality is heavily recommended. Rather than using a cone shape to vibrate and produce noise, this is a flat sheet under the hood, giving both higher and lower ranges much more room to breathe and producing a far wider soundstage overall.
