TCS Interview Experience for Digital

TCS conducted the National Qualifying Test (NQT) for the recruitment of Pega Developers. The NQT consisted of aptitude, verbal ability, and Pega-specific questions with a time limit for each question.

After the NQT, TCS shortlisted candidates for the digital and ninja interviews. The interview process had 3 rounds:

  • Technical round
  • Managerial round
  • HR round

All 3 interview rounds happened concurrently, with each round lasting 30-45 minutes.

In the interviews, the recruiters asked the following:

  • Introduce yourself
  • Explain Pega projects done during certification in detail
  • Technical questions related to Pega and its features
  • Why did you choose Pega?
  • How do you see yourself in 5 years?
  • Behavioral questions, e.g. what would you do if work is allocated at the end of the working hours?
  • The technical and managerial rounds were conducted online in front of the HR representative.

In the HR round, the questions included:

  • Family background details
  • Why TCS?
  • Number of employees in TCS
  • Describe your city and why it is famous
  • Details about the employment agreement and salary
