Silversky Technologies Interview Experience (On-Campus)

I got the chance to sit in the final personal interview round for Silversky Technologies, situated in Ahmedabad. I got this opportunity through an on-campus recruitment drive, of which my college (College of Engineering and Management Kolaghat) is a part.

30-40 aptitude questions were asked with a time limit of 45 minutes.

A basic oops question was asked to show two things

• Polymorphism
• Create a method to show returning an object

Approach:-

I took an example class student with methods

void show (),

and void show ( int marks)

And also created a method of student total() to cover up the part

In this round, we were given 45 minutes and there was one coding problem – it was a basic implementation-based problem

Difficulty– geek for Beginner – basic /easy level

I sat down with the co-founder of the company and had a chat with him.

First, he asked me an aptitude question which I was able to solve

Then he wrote a pattern in a paper and asked me a pseudo code for it, it was again an implementation question for which I ran two for loops and it was like an even-odd pattern ( not exactly like that but somewhat similar)

Then he went on and asked me some HR questions like why I wanted to join our company, why should we hire me, and which one would prefer a remote or work-from-office job. I answered that I prefer remote but working from the office is also fine, he asked me this question because their company was not providing remote jobs,

Again he asked me where I see myself in five years.
