Ruby | Time isdst function
Time#isdst(): isdst() is a Time class method which checks whether the time occurs during Daylight Saving Time in its time zone.
Syntax: Time.isdst()
Parameter: Time values
Return: true – if the time occurs during Daylight Saving Time in its time zone otherwise return false
