Ruby | DateTime new_offset() function
DateTime#new_offset() is a DateTime class method which returns duplicate DateTime object self and resets its offset.
Syntax: DateTime.new_offset()
Parameter: DateTime values
Return: duplicate DateTime object self and resets its offset.
