Quality Kiosk Interview Experience for Digital Quality Engineer Role (On Campus)

Quality Kiosk selection Process is a 2 Day Process.

On Day 1 , They Conduct Technical Online Assessment and Group Discussion.

On Day 2 , Technical and HR Interviews are conducted.

Round 1 : Technical Online Assessment.

  • It is video and Audio Proctored.
  • It is a test of around 90 Mins.
  • 20 Aptitude Basic MCQs.
  • 10-15 Verbal MCQs.
  • 10 Reasoning MCQs.
  • 5 DSA MCQs.
  • 5 SQL MCQs.
  • 1 Basic Code on Arrays or Strings in Python.
  • 2 SQL Codeson (1 on Basics & 1 Medium Level).

Round 2: Group Discussion.

  • Easy Round, Mostly 80% of students who come to this round get selected to the next rounds.
  • A Topic is given and the candidates have to discuss in about 10-15 Mins.
  • The side of the Group depends the number of students selected and the number of panels conducting GD.
  • Few Topics Like “Can AI replace Humans ?” , ” is GD required in Hiring Process ? ” were asked.

Round 3 : Technical Interview.

  • Basic Python and SQL Question are asked.
  • Skills mentioned in the resume would be asked.
  • Questions on tools if mentioned any in the resume.
  • Few Question Testing.

Questions like :

  • Write Palindrome Code.
  • Write a query to print all the cities with population x.
  • Explain the working of Binary Sort.
  • Explain SDLC.
  • Are You aware of RPA ?

Round 4 : HR Interview.

  • Communication Skills and Management Skills are assessed.
  • Basic regular HR Questions are asked.

Questions like :

  1. Tell me about Yourself.
  2. Where do you see yourself in 5 Years from now.
  3. Are You willing to relocate ?
  4. What are your hobbies ?
  5. What are your strengths ?
