Publicis Sapient Interview Experience for Senior Associate
I was contacted by a recruiter through Linkedin, they shared a job description which was mainly for a Golang developer. The interview was conducted in 3 phases:
- Face to Face (Past project experience )
- Technical round ( problem solving and knowlege of Golang)
- HR round.
The Interview
- The interview started with a brief introduction from the interviewer. They asked me about my experience with Golang, and what I was looking for in a new role.
- I then had a chance to ask the interviewer some questions about the company and the role.
- The next part of the interview was a technical interview. I was asked a series of questions about Golang syntax, data structures, and algorithms.
- Finally, I was given a coding challenge. I had to write a program that solved a specific problem.
The Results
I was offered the job after the interview. I was happy with the process, and I felt that I was able to demonstrate my skills and experience.
