NIT Calicut CutOff: JEE Main
The JEE Main 2024 Session 1 will be conducted from 24th January to 1st February 2024. The cut-off will be released after the exams are over. NIT Calicut cut-off for Btech programs is released by the officials of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) after the commencement of the JEE Main exam. The JEE cut-off list is released in 6 rounds, where ranks secured by candidates according to their marks are listed. Calculation of the ranks is done by the officials based on marks and percentile scored by candidates. JEE Mains carry a total of 300 marks, where the candidate scoring the highest marks is given AIR 1. Candidates who clear the JEE main cut-off list are eligible for admission to Btech programs at NITs.

NIT Calicut Cut Off: GATE
Candidates planning to pursue a Master is Technology (MTech) from NIT Calicut must appear for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), which is annually conducted for admission to postgraduate science and technology courses. GATE 2024 cut-off will be different for all 30 subjects, depending on the candidate’s preferences. CAT stands for Common Admission Test and is annually conducted in November by the National Testing Agency. Through CAT, eligible candidates can pursue MBA programmes at higher education institutes in India. NIT Calicut offers around 80 MBA seats every year in different specialisations.
